Classical Guitar – This is a plucked string instrument that belongs to the group of instruments called chordophones. This group of instruments has 3 plain gut bass strings and 3 gut wound silk core treble strings. And the modern adaptation has 6 nylon strings (3 bass-strings being wound with thin metal thread). Actually, the basic shape characteristics in the modern classical guitar were established in the nineteenth century. Electric Classical Guitar – These are the seven-string guitars that have a low "B" string below the low "E". In this guitar, the ‘A’ string is above the high ‘E’ instead of the low ‘B’. And a less common seven-string arrangement is a second G string situated beside the standard G string.

The Tab #1 represents the high E string and this is the thinnest string on the guitar. This string is the closest to the input jack.

I bought the model – ‘Yamaha G-231’.
The sound of this classical guitar is just great. The highs and lows are very fuller. I can easily play almost anything from Pop to Rock. The tuners are incredible and the finish is very impressive. This instrument is well made and durable.
